We are working with a well-established M&E contractor who are looking for a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, with a focus on sites based in London. The company, with offices in Essex, offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 2 to 3 mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of mechanical installation, from planning and design to execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
- Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on project progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally within the M&E sector.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installations, systems, and services.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to oversee teams and manage resources effectively.
Contract Details:
- Location: London-based projects, Essex offices.
- Salary: 65,000 per year + benefits.
- Start Date: Immediate.
