We are looking for a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager for a long-standing Mechanical subcontractor client based in Central London.
As Mechanical PM you will take technical ownership ofMechanical Building Services installation projects typically ranging from 1M to 6M in value. Projects are central London based and mainly commercial refurbishment and fitout. Our client carries out an especially interesting range of work with some long-standing clients and has a particularly strong presence in the City and West End.
We are looking for an accomplished Mechanical Project Managerwho can: Ensure all technical activities are conducted in a comprehensive manner to meet the agreed specification; Workclosely with all team members to ensure that project is designed, constructed, commissioned;Provide a forward-looking outlook to avoid technical problems later; Communicate wellwith clients in all technical aspects of the project; Workwith Project Managers to define technical work packages for supply chain;Always keep focused on the balance of technical and programme delivery.
We are looking someone ideally qualified to HND or Degree Levelin a technical discipline such as building services engineering ormechanical engineering with a solidexperience in the industry. ideally you will have experiencein building services design and engineering managementand previous experience of working with teams, planning and reporting.We are looking for someone with: Knowledge and understanding of CIBSE standards, Building regulations;Strong communication skills at all levels with ability to provide solutions;Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure to demanding timescales;Strong IT skills including MS Office

25 days annual leave; Travel expenses; Enrolment into company pension scheme; Salary between 75-80k.
