Their current turnover sits at 35m per annum and they have a full order book for this and next year.

  • Technical Submittals
  • Procurement
  • Sub-contractor and Labour Management
  • Cost Control
  • Progress Reporting
  • Health & Safety
  • Project & Program Implementation
  • Understanding of design and drawings
  • Technical & Progress Meetings
  • Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
  • Compilation of O&M Manuals

Ideal Candidate -

  • Experience working within the Labs, Health or Office Sector
  • Experience in a project management role
  • Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers.
