Job Description:
As a Plumber and Heating Engineer at you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing plumbing and heating systems in residential small commercial properties. Your duties will include but not limited to;
- Installing and repairing plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Installing and servicing heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating.
- First and second fixing bathrooms
- Diagnosing and fixing plumbing and heating issues.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks and safety inspections.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Plumber /Heating Engineer.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in plumbing and heating (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds). Gas Safe but not essential
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- comfortable lone working and also in collaborative environments
- Excellent timekeeping and housekeeping skills
- Valid driver’s license.
