36,000 to 45,000 or 200 per day on contract
Based in and around London
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing and heating systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing and heating systems, providing effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Plan and manage assigned projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Job Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card and Gas Qualification are required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial plumbing and heating industry.
- A valid driving license is required for travel to various sites.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required to meet project deadlines.
