Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum

• Planned maintenance

• General plumbing duties

Working Hours:

• Basic: 46.25 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 5:00pm)

• First appointment by 8:00am

Overtime & Bonus Summary:

What We're Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing

• Experience in the commercial/FM sector

• Minimum 18 months plumbing experience

• Drainage experience desirable

• Clean, full driving license

• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
