Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer Location: London, Greater London. Salary / Benefits £30k - £50k + Training + BenefitsOur client is a longstanding and reputable Water Treatment / Commissioning company who are now seeking to take on a Pre- Commissioning Engineer to cover Private Residential, Commercial and Blue Chip projects across the South East / London region. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out pre- commissioning and chemical cleans on LTHW and CHW systems, measuring water flow velocities and flushing of primary and secondary systems in line with BSRIA guidelines.Consideration will be given to candidates from: Croydon, Chatham, Dartford, Gillingham, Gravesend, Maidstone, Bexleyheath, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Harlow, Braintree, St Albans, Watford, Hertford, Luton, Stevenage, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead. Experience & Qualifications: " Experience working as a Pre- Commissioning Engineer for an established Water Treatment / Commissioning company. " In-depth knowledge of BSRIA guidelines. " Carrying out work in line with agreed timelines. " Excellent communication skills written and verbal. The Role:" Working on various contracts & undertaking flushing of primary / secondary systems and fan coil units. " Pre-commissioning and chemical cleans on LTHW and CHW systems. " Accurately checking water flow rates and velocities. " Carrying out backflushing and power flushing of systems. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with site specific plans and BSRIA guidelines. " Providing excellent support and technical advice. " Using information from site to produce detailed reports, ensuring clients have received them in a timely manner.
