Job Description

Complex technical support of client installation and repair of CCTV, DVR's, Access Control units, AV, routers, switches and servers
Installation support, commissioning and maintenance of TCP/IP and networks
Maintaining service schedule liaising with support desk
Complete small works, service and maintenance calls
Liase with clients and contractors
Technical support
Quality control

Required

Understanding of CCTV, Access control (biometrics & turnstiles) AV, intruder alarms, networked IT systems, routers and servers
An understanding of the requirements of NSI accreditation
Problem solving
