Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure adherence to engineering procedures and standards.
- Prepare and verify detailed engineering design deliverables and evaluations, including engineering drawings.
- Actively participate in project, client, and vendor meetings, offering expert technical advice.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Play a key role in formulating proposals and bids for new projects.
- Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction complies with design specifications.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring successful and on-time project delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Significant experience in design engineering and plant design environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and technical expertise in civil and structural engineering for FEED and EPC projects.
- Extensive experience within the petrochemical, refinery, or water industries.
- Proven ability to work effectively on UK-based projects.
