A highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy, home to a dedicated team of exceptional industry experts, requires a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to join their rail asset management division.
This is an interesting role, which will involve working on a range of projects and structures, looking at inspection, examination, assessment and design of civil engineering assets found in a rail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Production of civil and structural technical reports, specifications, designs and RAMS
- Conduct inspections of civil and structural assets, checking their condition, identifyingany defects and their potential impact andrecommending remedial actions
- Carrying out simple design solutions
- Take part in client meetings
Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior Civil Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer, ideally within the rail sector
- Experience carrying out on-site inspectionand examination of civil / structural assets
- Knowledge of Network Rail codes would be beneficial
- Willingness to travel across London and the South
- Driving licence
