Attention all Senior Civil Engineers!

Blueprint Recruitment would like to speak with you regarding a new and exciting opportunity with one of our well-established clients. They’re looking for someone with strong experience and leadership skills to join their team in a permanent role, working on impressive residential projects. The successful candidate will work on hybrid basis with up to three days a week in the clients London office.

Our client is a leading engineering consultancy, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions in civil and structural engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met.

-Provide technical expertise and advice to clients, contractors, and internal teams.

-Design and oversee infrastructure projects, including drainage, highways, and site developments.

-Perform calculations and analysis to support designs and solutions.

-Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated solutions.

-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout projects.

Key Requirements:

-A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

-UK experience with drainage, highways and FRA reporting.

-Micro drainage and Causeway Flow experience.

-Chartered status (CEng) with a recognized professional body such as ICE, or a commitment to achieving this.

-Extensive experience in civil engineering.

-Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
