Inspecting, monitoring and reporting on remedial works necessary to defective building structures including carrying out necessary repairs such as underpinning, strengthening etc.

Checking of structural elements of Building Regulations and Entertainment licensing as required under the Building Regulations and associated legislation.Carrying out design and site investigations for all new works and refurbishment projects.Inspection of Highways Structures and reporting thereon. Arranging maintenance and renewal/strengthening works as necessary.Prepare production drawings using Autocad software.Making period visits to the site as necessary to inspect the progress and quality of the work to determine if the work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents.Obtain quotations and other information from nominated sub-contractors and suppliers.Inviting tenders for all structural repair schemes and preparing tender reports for client’s approval.To carry out risk assessments on all relevant projects.Issuing certificates and other administrative duties under the contract.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
