We are working with an architecturally-led, sustainability-focused structural engineering consultancy in London, looking to appoint an ambitious Structural Engineer. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented Structural Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to join their dynamic London office.

You’ll work on a variety of projects, from bespoke residential builds to large-scale commercial developments, using materials such as concrete, steel, and timber. With the support of experienced engineers, you will be given opportunities to develop your technical expertise and play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Our client are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with a solid foundation in structural design. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with concrete, steel, and timber design, along with a keen interest in problem-solving. While experience in managing projects is an advantage, it is not essential—what matters most is your passion for engineering and your drive to grow within the company.

What You Need To Succeed
- Up to four years’ experience in UK-based structural engineering practice.
- Knowledge of concrete, steel, and/or timber design.
- Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as Tekla, Robot, or similar.
- Enthusiasm for solving structural challenges and delivering high-quality work.
- Some experience in project management is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Working towards chartership with IStructE (preferred but not essential).
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
