  • Handle client queries & provide expert recommendations.
  • Estimate costs for remedial works & lifecycle planning
  • Lead sub-contractor & project management.
  • Perform risk assessments & technical fault analysis.

What You Need

?? Degree in Building Services or related field or related es+xperience

?? Eperience in building services or facilities or maintainace or any other similar field

?? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Publisher, Outlook).

?? Excellent time management & communication skills.
