APC Building Surveyor

I am working with aleading Property Consultancy specialising in the residential, commercial andindustrial and hospitality sectors, and they are looking for an MRICS BuildingSurveyor to join their established team.Your new companyWill be anestablished firm of Independent Chartered Surveyors that provides propertysurveying services across London to the highest standard.Your new role* Assisting theBuilding Surveyors with inspections and writing reports.* Assisting andpreparing specifications for and administering repair and refurbishmentcontracts* Assisting andpreparing and Assessing Licence to Alter applications* Assisting andPreparing planned preventative maintenance plans* Assisting andUndertaking building reinstatement cost assessments* Assisting andundertaking defect inspection.* Assisting andcompiling CDM information.* Assisting withco-ordination instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time,including fee quoting.* Undertaking PartyWall Surveying duties and Condition Schedules.
