About the Role: Join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy offering extensive international travel opportunities. As part of our continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor to join our expert team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys, re-inspections and sampling
• Perform air monitoring including smoke tests and four-stage clearances
• Oversee asbestos removal projects ensuring regulatory compliance
• Produce detailed technical reports
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Travel internationally for project delivery
Essential Requirements:
• BOHS qualifications: P402, P403, P404 (or equivalents)
• Five GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
• Proven experience in asbestos surveys and air monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel locally, regionally and internationally
• Eligibility for security clearance
Desirable:
• Higher-level qualifications (HND or equivalent) • Experience across diverse property types
