Asbestos Surveyor - Greater LondonSalary: £34,000 - £38,000 + 21 Days Holiday (Plus an Additional Day for Each Year of Service)

Key Requirements:
- BOHS P402 Certification is mandatory, alongside at least 6 months of field experience.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of HSG264 guidelines.
- Flexibility for commuting and occasional out-of-hours work.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports for clients.
- Ensure all activities comply with UKAS standards and HSG:264 regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical support and addressing any queries.
