The role is as follows:
Carrying out asbestos management/refurbishment/demolition surveys to domestic and commercial properties across the south.
Most work is direct to the customer, so a good, well-spoken, personable manner is necessary.
Required to have good knowledge of asbestos materials and guidance
Using TEAMS and Floor Plan Creator to produce report data for our report writer
Survey hours are generally 8am - 4pm. Can involve 2-4 hours driving.
Vehicle provided is a Toyota Corolla hybrid estate converted to a commercial vehicle with fuel card
Salary is 30k - 36k basic + 5% of turnover as monthly bonus. Total annual earnings are projected to be 42-48K (the basic depends on experience)
Holidays are 20 + 8 bank holidays. 1 additional holiday will be accrued each year up to 10.
They will need the P402 or RSPH equivalent in asbestos surveying and a minimum of two years experience.
The work is London and surrounding areas as far down as Surry or East Sussex.
