Asbestos Surveyor Opportunity in London

£30,000 - £38,000 + Benefits, Including Company Van

Join our client's dynamic and expanding consultancy team as an experienced asbestos surveyor. This role is a result of their recent successes and contract wins, making it an exciting time to be part of their growth. We are seeking a dedicated asbestos surveyor for the London area, responsible for surveying various sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a great industry reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

As an asbestos surveyor, you will be tasked with identifying and assessing materials containing asbestos during site surveys, covering management, refurbishment, and demolition projects. Meeting set deadlines, maintaining client satisfaction, and working collaboratively in a team or independently with enthusiasm are crucial aspects of this role. Compliance with UKAS legislation and industry guidelines is mandatory.

Required Experience:

  • BHOS P402 Qualification (Higher qualifications welcome)
  • Experience in a similar role with verifiable references
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to commute between sites
  • Strong IT and numeracy skills
  • A proactive and hardworking attitude
