My client are a vibrant built environment consultancy, with a social team of Building Surveyors in London, who are looking to bring in an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor who is keen to join a a team with strong Graduate/Assistant presence in the office, with a good APC pass rate.

Role and responsibilitiesThe successful Assistant Building Surveyor will gain exposure on a range of public and private sector schemes, delivering the full spectrum of services, both professional and project, providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of schemes.

Person specification

The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be ambitious and dedicated to their APC progression, with good communication skills and team working ability.

• BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
• APC diary started
• A similar consultancy background
