Role and responsibilities
Whilst the Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from a full scope of proejct exposure, for APC purposes, you will work closely with the team to provide specialist project management and contract administration services.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have 1:1 APC training and will receive continuous support throughout their career, with clear progression pathways.
Person specification
The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be a keen learner who is focused on their self-progression and who can work collaboratively with their peers.
- BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
- Have started your APC diary would be ideal
- Consultancy or private practice experience
- Good communication skills, with written ability
