This role offers an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor the opportunity to collaborate with private clients on commercial and industrial property portfolios, developing a well-rounded skill set in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Assistant Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will gain hands-on project exposure across a broad spectrum of Building Surveying services, working on a varied portfolio of professional and project instructions.

You will work closely with experienced surveyors, benefiting from structured mentorship and support to progress through your APC and achieve MRICS status. This is an ideal role for someone eager to advance their career while gaining invaluable industry experience.

The Ideal Assistant Building Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
• Progressing towards or enrolled in APC
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A client-focused and diligent approach
