A personable, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong local presence is seeking an experienced Building Control Surveyor to join their team at the Associate level. This consultancy is well-established and works on a range of exciting local projects, so you wont be travelling much!
As a registered Class 3 G/H RBI (Registered Building Inspector), you will be integral in supporting their expanding BSA Principal Design service. The Associate Building Control Surveyor's Role
You will be responsible for inspecting and certifying building works, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and other relevant regulations. This role will require plan-checking and supporting with pre-assessments. With a team that includes experienced structural and fire engineers, you'll benefit from a multidisciplinary environment. This individual will be well-versed in the latest Building Safety Act 2022 regulations to ensure projects are compliant and safety standards are upheld.
The Successful Associate Building Control Surveyor Will Have:
- 5+ years within Building Control
- Class 3 G/H RBI
- Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT
