Role and responsibilities

In this role, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will work closely with the Partner, playing a pivotal role in the growth and development of the London office.

This exciting position offers the opportunity to independently manage a diverse project portfolio across various sectors, including commercial, leisure, education, retail, and government. As well as taking on direct reports, managing, developing and support their progression, whilst driving success throughout the team.

Person Specification

  • Chartered MRICS
  • 4+ years' of consultancy or private practice background
  • Commericially and technically astute
  • Business development skills with strong communicative ability
  • Previous management exposure would be beneficial
  • Technically confident with strong commercial market awareness
