A globally recognised real estate consultancy, are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor, who can join their team of 22, in central London.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will join the building consultancy team of 22, working on predominantly commercial instructions across a London portfolio. You'll be delivering projects, line managing APC individuals and carrying out business development.

Your position as the chosen Associate Building Surveyor, will encapsulate the entirety of professional and project service lines and you'll service a range of clients from developers, owners, occupiers etc.

This role will suit a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor, who has fantastic communication skills as well as sound technical ability.

  • 3+ years' consultancy background
