We are recruiting on behalf of a global real estate firm in their Building Consultancy looking to add an additional Chartered Building Surveyor to a team of 14 Surveyors across multiple levels in their Central London office.

You will be responsible for a wide range of instructions including but not limited to TDD surveys, dilapidation's, Project Management & Contract Administration focusing on building & developing networks in commercial sectors.
