Dedicated to delivering personalised solutions and exceptional customer service. Your new roleYou will be an Associate Building Surveyor, working on high-end commercial and residential projects around affluent areas of London, such as Chelsea, Mayfair and Kensington. Working on traditional Building Surveying tasks such as Planned Maintenance Programming, Building Pathology, Defect Analysis and Repair etc.What you'll need to succeed

  • MRICS (Preferable but not necessary if you have enough experience)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
  • Well presented and excellent communication skills
