  • Undertaking a range of professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, PPM's and reinstatement cost assessments.
  • Advising clients about building/property issues, which can include technical, financial, legal, environmental/sustainability, building regulation, and restoration matters.
  • Produce defined and accurate instructions to external consultants to undertake detailed planned maintenance surveys, structural surveys etc as and when required.
  • Providing project services including feasibility studies, cost consultancy and administering contracts.
  • Client liaisons and business development

What you'll need to succeed

  • MRICS Chartered status
  • Commercial experience
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Full clean driving licence
