A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding central London team.

This is a prime opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to work with an exciting client base while progressing into a management role within a growing, supportive environment.

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will take on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, delivering professional services such as design, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.

This role provides a mix of hands-on project work and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior surveyors and preparing to step into a direct management role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services to commercial clients.
  • Lead professional and project-focused services, including defect diagnosis and refurbishment.
  • Provide expert advice on CDM regulations, Party Wall matters, and Building Regulations.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, progressing into direct management.
The Ideal Associate Building Surveyor
  • MRICS qualified.
  • Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited qualification.
  • Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015, Party Wall legislation, and Building Regulations.
  • Proven experience in defect diagnosis and delivering high-quality reports.
  • Excellent communication and business development skills.
