A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding central London team.

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor's RoleThe successful Associate Building Surveyor will take on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, delivering professional services such as design, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
This role provides a mix of hands-on project work and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior surveyors and preparing to step into a direct management role.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services to commercial clients.
- Lead professional and project-focused services, including defect diagnosis and refurbishment.
- Provide expert advice on CDM regulations, Party Wall matters, and Building Regulations.
- Support and mentor junior team members, progressing into direct management.
- MRICS qualified.
- Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited qualification.
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015, Party Wall legislation, and Building Regulations.
- Proven experience in defect diagnosis and delivering high-quality reports.
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
- Salary: £70,000 - £80,000.
