• Delivering expert advice on building surveys, dilapidations, and party wall matters
• Managing a portfolio of high-value commercial and residential projects from inception to completion
• Building and maintaining relationships with prestigious clients
• Collaborating with other disciplines within the consultancy to ensure seamless project delivery
• Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to their professional development

• Qualifications: MRICS or working towards chartership
• Experience: Proven consultancy background with exposure to both professional services and project management

• Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
