Associate Building Surveyor - Join a Growing Practice in North London!

A dynamic property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team of 24 professionals at their vibrant North London office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Associate Building Surveyor with a solid technical background who is eager to progress toward partnership.

The Role of the successful Associate Building Surveyor

As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will work collaboratively with a talented group of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, and Architects, delivering a wide range of services to clients in the commercial, retail, residential, and public sectors.

The role primarily involves contract administration and project management, alongside specification writing, building surveys, and both pre- and post-contract services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Administer contracts and undertake project management duties.
  • Conduct building surveys, defect diagnosis, and specification writing.
  • Provide comprehensive pre and post-contract services.

Requirements:
