A progressive, innovative construction and property consultancy, with offices across the UK is looking for an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their London team. You would be joining a strong Building Surveying team as the No.2 to the lead Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor or an Associate Building surveyor looking for a clear and real pathway to Director.

The right candidate would be coming on board to work on Private High-end Residential projects as well as University frameworks and full Turn-key Student Accommodation projects. Healthcare experience would also be beneficial, but not essential.

Whilst the role will have a definite bias towards project work there is also a need to have good professional work experience and a fully rounded Building Surveying Skills.
