Our client is a small but growing Housing Association and they urgently require an interim Building Surveyor to join them. There will ultimately be a permanent role here but they need someone quickly.
They have 320 properties, all in a compact area and with a real mix from new build to listed properties.
The permanent salary for the role is £50,000 per annum but there is some flexibility. Their ideal is a RICS qualification but equally they will take relevant experience and their preference is full time but again, they could look at this.
They need someone who can input to programme and budget management for cyclical and responsive repairs and voids and who can manage customers positively.
