This North London Authority are looking for a Building Surveyor to work within a Legal Disrepair team. Details of the role are:

- Experience managing legal disrepair cases

- Ideally have a surveying qualification

- Good understanding of damp and structural issues

- Managing works from specification through to post inspection

- Organised and proactive

- Able to manage their own calendar and caseload

- Largely office based

- There is use of pool cars
