We are seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to conduct fabric condition surveys of a healthcare property in Woolwich. This contract role will run for approximately 5/6 months, requiring expertise in building fabric assessments and data collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive fabric condition surveys of a healthcare property.
  • Utilise a handheld device and asset capture software to record survey data accurately.
  • Assess and document the condition of building elements, identifying any defects or maintenance requirements.
  • Work efficiently and independently to complete the surveys within the project timeframe.


Requirements:
