Role and responsibilities
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be exposed to a varied and exciting portfolio of clients, particularly in the commercial sector, carrying out a range of services, both professional advice and services, as well as project duties for both pre and post contract.
As the chosen Chartered Building Surveyor you will join the commercially focused, growing team of 3, where you'll have full support, continuous training and fast tracked progression.
Person specification
This role will suit a well-seasoned Chartered Building Surveyor, who has a strong property consultancy background and is commercially minded.
- MRICS qualified (Not essential)
- RICS accredited degree (Essential)
- A property background
- Well-rounded service line experience, particularly with professional service lines
- Works well in a close-knit team
