A boutique chartered surveying practice, based close to Liverpool station, are now seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team of 6.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will work on a broad range of client portfolios in the education, retail, commercial and office spaces, for local authority and offshore developer clients. You'll deliver a breadth of professional and project services.

As the chosen Building Surveyor you'll have access to a vast and open office full of experienced Building Surveyors, with a clear progression route to directorship.

Person specification

This role will suit an ambitious, well-rounded Building Surveyor who works well in a smaller team and has a 'getting stuck in' attitude to work.

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS accredited degree
