Eevate Projects are workign in partnership with our cliet, a small but growing London based Private Building Surveying Consultancy , to appoint the latest addition to their team.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Building Surveyor. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, and providing professional advice on maintenance, renovation, and repair works. You will also play a key role in preparing reports and specifications and ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.

Experience & Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in building inspection (L2 & L3 surveys), defect diagnosis, and building pathology
  2. General understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials
  3. Excellent communication and report writing skills
  4. Ability to work independently
  5. Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  6. Membership in a professional organization, such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is a plus, ideally someone with AssocRICS accreditation.

Expectations

  1. Ability to conduct Level 2 (Home Buyer) and Level 3 (Building Surveys)
  2. Professional and friendly approach and able to communicate effectively
  3. IT literate (work from mobile device)
