We are seeking a Building Suveyor to join a established high end organisation over seeing a large residential estate in the heart of South East London.

The role will involve working alongside the Principal Building Surveyor and the Building Surveying Department to assist in all aspects of repair, maintenance and improvement of properties on the Estate and to carry out general building surveying duties

Permanent position

Salary 拢55k (DOE)

Main Responsibilities

路 Assist the Director of Property and the Commercial Estate Manager in implementing and delivering the Estate鈥檚 strategy goals and specific projects and tasks

路 Ensure that the property portfolio is fully compliant with Health and safety legislation and implementing any health and safety measures when required

路 Undertake and drive forward the requirements under the Building Safety Act

What you will need:

- Member of the RICS with a proven track record of professional competency

- Surveying/Property Management experience; previous experience in surveying is essential

- Strong organisation skills

- Ability to liaise with colleague and tenants across written and verbal platforms

- Excellent commication skills

- UK Driving License and own vehicle
