A forward-thinking building consultancy based in the north of the city of London, are now seeking a hands on intermediate Building Surveyor to join their team of 5.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and professional Building Surveyor, looking to become MRICS with the right support and autonomy.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will work on a variety of schemes in the commercial, education, healthcare, housing and government sectors, covering the full spectrum of surveying services such as measured surveys, condition surveys, contract administration, dilapidations and neighbourly issues.

As the chosen Building Surveyor, you'll be offered APC training, with full support to reach RICS.

Person specification

This role will suit a capable Building Surveyor who is construction focused and can hit the ground running on projects.

  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A construction background
  • Well-rounded service line experience - Both professional and project
  • Multi sector experience would be advantageous
