Due to this growth, this company are now looking to take on a Chartered Building Surveyor in line with their long term growth plans and as their workload increases.Work will include conducting regular site inspections, carrying out building surveys on a wide portfolio of properties, drawing specifications for works, tender analysis for works, project managing projects from conception to completion and liaising with high end residential clients. There will be a good balance of site work and office work, working alongside top tier clients and varied projects.The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified, have a good understanding of building surveying; however this role is open to both newly chartered surveyors, and experienced chartered surveyors with 5+ years experience.
