What will you do?
 
Join the team at LBWF as a Building Surveyor, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier building surveying services across the borough's property portfolio. You will support the Repairs Partnering team to ensure that all repair contracts meet high-quality standards, comply with regulations, and are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
 
·Placing work orders efficiently to meet the 28-day Tenant Satisfaction Measure for responsive repair completions.
·Keeping detailed digital records and generating reports based on regular site visits.
·Updating the repairs logs and asset management database to maintain an accurate history for each repairs case.
·Engaging effectively with residents to ensure a responsive and high-quality repair service.
·Coordinating with the Building Safety Operations and Compliance teams to ensure homes meet safety standards.
·Collaborating with the Planned Works team to inform future investment decisions and reduce the demand for responsive repairs.
