The succesful Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be part of a commercially driven team, handling an exciting portfolio primarily within the commercial sector.

This role includes delivering both professional advisory services and hands-on project duties, covering pre- and post-contract work.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of building surveying services across a diverse client portfolio
  • Deliver both professional services and project-related tasks, from pre-contract through to post-contract stages
  • Work closely with a tight-knit team to achieve project and client goals
  • Take advantage of continuous training and mentoring for fast-tracked career growth


The Ideal Building Surveyor

  • MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • RICS-accredited degree (essential)
  • Experience in a property consultancy setting
  • Strong knowledge across service lines, especially in professional advisory services
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
