Are you a Building Surveyor eager to join a leading design, property, and construction consultancy where you will take charge of multiple commercial and residential projects across London in a hybrid role offering a clear progression path to Partner?

This long-established consultancy focuses on a broad spectrum of public-sector construction projects, working with major commercial and domestic clients, including schools, sports facilities, and social housing. Since its inception in 1977, the company has grown significantly, now employing over 120 staffand generating a £14 million turnover.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards by conducting structural and internal inspections, advising clients on building conditions, and ensuring the successful delivery of each project.

This role would be perfect for a Building Surveyor who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, has the flexibility to travel across London, and is excited about working on complex public-sector developments. It offers a hybrid working environment with a clear path to career advancement and the potential to become a Partner.

The Role:

• Manage multiple projects at once
• Carry out structural and internal inspections
• Discuss project requirements with various clients
• Travel to sites across London
• 09:00 - 17:30 Mon - Fri (Hybrid - Tue / Wed / Thu in office)

• Commutable to Bromley
• Full UK Driving License
