Sonic Summary

The job is a contract position requiring onsite/hybrid work, with three days in the office and a total of 35 hours per week.

Job Description- The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.- A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).- Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload.- Social Housing surveying experience (not essential).- Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.- A good understanding of damp, mould and condensation.- Office based.- Access to pool vehicles
