If you're a qualified HNC or degree qualified Building surveyor, Repairs Surveyor looking to move into a social housing team that values your input , expertise and knowledge within repairs plus damp & mold. Moxie are working with a London based Housing association that wants to make a difference, provide a quality and safe environment for their tenants.

Location: South East/London Blended - Home, Office & Site Visits ( flexible hybrid)

Contract: Full-time - Permanent - 55-65K - (depending on experience)

Would suit a repairs Surveyor, Building surveyor, Voids Surveyor , or planned works Surveyor looking to get back into repairs

What You'll Do:

  • Inspect properties & diagnose damp, mould, and disrepair
  • Specify, manage & monitor remedial works from start to finish
  • Deliver excellent customer experience & meet KPI targets
  • Collaborate with contractors & residents
  • Ensure works meet quality, compliance & budget standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Surveyor (RICS/CIOB or HNC equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in housing disrepair/major works
  • Strong communicator, organiser, and problem-solver
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft & project tools
  • Valid UK driving licence
