The Opportunity

An ambitious and fast-growing Building Consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor as part of their expansion.

With a collaborative team of 25 professionals across two offices and a diverse portfolio of work, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated surveyor to join a forward-thinking firm offering long-term career progression.

You'll deliver a mix of professional and project work across sectors such as:

  • Residential (refurbishment and new-build)

  • Commercial fit-out CAT A/B schemes

  • Healthcare property

  • Education property

You'll work closely with the in-house Project Management team and benefit from real project ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations and Pre-Acquisition Surveys

  • Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects (full lifecycle)

  • Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and internal teams

  • Support or lead contract administration duties

  • Assist in growing and shaping the Building Surveying service line

About You
  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited)

  • Newly Chartered (MRICS) or currently on the APC pathway

  • Minimum 1 year experience post-graduation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
