Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee refurbishment projects primarily in the residential sector, with typical project values ranging from £250K to £10M.
- Serve as a key client contact, ensuring client satisfaction and quality service across all project phases.
- Provide technical guidance to junior surveyors and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Lead Contract Administration, ensuring projects meet all contractual and budgetary obligations.
- Participate in business development by nurturing client relationships and supporting our residential portfolio’s growth.
Essential Experience
- At least three years of post-graduate Building Surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy with a residential focus.
- Strong Contract Administration experience, particularly on high-value residential projects.
- A commercially aware mindset, with demonstrated skills in managing client expectations and project requirements.
- Strong communication and report-writing abilities, with confidence in managing projects independently.
