I am working with a leading Property Consultancy specialising in the residential, commercial and industrial and hospitality sectors, and they are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join their established team. Your new companyWill be an established firm of Independent Chartered Surveyors that provides property surveying services across London to the highest standard.Your new role* Contract Administration* Project coordination of refurbishment schemes* Party Wall Surveying* Building Pathology Reports (Defect Reports)* Reinstatement Cost Assessments* Capital Expenditure Plans.* Specification writing.* Geographical Area - London.What you'll need to succeed* MRICS qualified.* You will have proven experience of undertaking building surveys on properties. You will also have experience in managing your own projects and prioritising your work load.* You must be enthusiastic & client-facing with good interpersonal & business development skills.* A high quality of services forms the foundation of this practice, and you will equally be enthusiastic about the quality of service. You will be expected to embrace this ethos and to comply with the RICS code of ethics.* Must have strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing. What you'll get in return* £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.* 25 Days Holiday.
