The Role for the Building Surveyor:

Key Responsibilities for the Building Surveyor:

  • Conducting detailed building surveys to assess defects and propose remedial works.
  • Preparing comprehensive illustrated reports and specifications for repairs.
  • Administering construction contracts and providing timely advice on material performance.
  • Attending client meetings, offering expert assessments, and ensuring project timelines are met.
